In this part of my Australia grad trip diaries, Zac and I officially pick up our “new home” — a super funky mini campervan from Jucy Rentals — and I bring you along for the full reveal + quick van tour. We start the day in full errands-mode (and honestly I was dying a bit because it was only 2pm and we’d already done so much): PCR test, bank stuff, phone stuff, trip planning… the whole adulting checklist. Somewhere in between, we squeezed in food because I was constantly hungry — smoothies, bagels and coffee, and this ricotta brownie that was basically a cheese brownie with chocolate (so good).
