Hey friens — in this video I’m doing a full face and really putting the Danessa Myricks palette to work the way it claims: eyes, brows, face, and lips. I start with just foundation and concealer (no powder at first) and go straight into sculpting with the putty cream-to-powder shade “Chiseled.” The pans are definitely small for face brushes, so I talk through what’s practical and what’s a little annoying, but I also show you how subtle and buildable the contour can be. Then I take the same tones through the crease and under-eye, build depth with “Desert,” and test the putty vs. powder versions so you can see the difference in pigment and how “airbrushed” the putty looks. Where this palette shines most for me is the eyes. The putty gives that blown-out, seamless look that’s hard to mess up, and the matching powders set it without changing the color much (which I really appreciate). For brows, it’s surprisingly versatile, but the putty doesn’t fully set unless you add powder. And for lips… it’s not my favorite because it travels, so I’d rather just use a real lip liner if I need longevity. I also compare the formula vibe to Lisa Eldridge, Natasha Denona (like Biba), and Tom Ford, and I’ll keep updating as I use it more.
