This is the Gamdias Hermes M5 Mechanical keyboard. Sick blue and white colorway offer a fresh unique look, While it's not the best for gaming due to those blue switches, its a wonderful keyboard for typing though. About This Video

In this video I’m checking out the Gamdias Hermes M5 mechanical keyboard, and I’ll be real—the main reason I wanted it in the first place was the aesthetics. That blue and white colorway looks super unique, and with the brushed aluminum backplate it honestly just screams “look at me.” I’ve been using it for about a month, so I go over what it’s like day-to-day: build quality, keycaps, switches, and whether it’s actually worth picking up. On the build side, that aluminum top plate adds a ton of rigidity—there’s basically zero flex while typing, and the chamfered edges feel nicely machined. The cable isn’t braided (big bummer), and I’d love to see a detachable USB-C option in the future. Keycaps are ABS double-shot, and while the main font is fine, the secondary gray legends/icons on the F-keys aren’t really my vibe. The Gamdias blue switches are solid for typing—tactile, clicky, and they sound great—but for gaming they’re just so-so for me. You do get N-key rollover, on-the-fly macros, and a Windows key lock, plus ice-blue lighting with multiple effects (and more customization in software).
