The Hermes M5 is a super clean-looking board with that blue/white colorway and a brushed aluminum backplate that adds real rigidity—there’s basically zero flex while typing. The Gamdias blue switches are great for typing and sound awesome, but gaming on blues is only so-so for me. Lighting is ice-blue only (no RGB), but the effects are solid and you can customize more in software.

- -Not my favorite for gaming because it uses blue switches
- -Cable isn’t braided and not detachable USB-C
- -Secondary gray legends/icons on F-keys aren’t great
- -Keycaps have more wobble than I’d like
