The Adalov Point to Point wireless bridge allows for internet to span long distances without wires. Each unit has a POE that connects to grid power and uses the ethernet cable as the power source. Installation is very simple. Simply connect the short yellow ethernet cable to your internet router. Then connect this to the LAN port on the POE. Next connect your longer ethernet cable to the POE and then to the 1000mb port on the bridge. This completes the install of the master unit. About This Video

In this video I’m getting internet out to my studio space that’s roughly 150–200 feet away from my house, and I didn’t want to trench cable or mess with burying Ethernet. I used the AdaLov point-to-point wireless bridge to link my main shop/house side to the studio side, basically extending my network outdoors with two matched bridge units. I unbox everything, show what’s included (PoE injectors, Ethernet cables, brackets, hose clamps), and then do a quick test run before I ever mount anything permanently. I walk through the ports and switches on the back (master/slave A/B, 100 vs 1000 port, reset button, and the option for 12V DC if you’re doing something like solar). Then I plug the “LAN” side of the PoE into my router, run the longer cable from the PoE to the bridge’s 1000M port, and repeat on the receiving side. The big takeaway is you’ve got to match the channel letters so the two units talk to each other, and give them a minute or two to initialize. For my test, I used an old laptop with Ethernet and confirmed I had a solid connection and full signal bars—even at distance—though I also call out that this setup is effectively 100 Mbps, which is fine for my basic CNC use but may not be enough if you need higher speeds.
