I used the AdaLov point-to-point wireless bridge to get internet from my house/shop out to my studio space about 150–200 feet away without running any buried cable. The install is straightforward with the included PoE injectors—plug LAN to your router, run Ethernet out to the bridge, match the channel letters, and you’re online.

Pros

  • +Simple PoE-powered setup (no separate power at the unit if you can run Ethernet)
  • +Easy pairing by matching the channel letter
  • +Strong connection at roughly 150–200 feet in my test
  • +Flexible mounting hardware for pole or flat wall mounting

Cons

  • -Effectively a 100 Mbps solution if you need higher speeds
  • -May take a couple minutes to initialize before linking
