Episode 42 is me going full send on a truly unhinged idea: I 3D printed a life-sized Bluey that weighs about ELEVEN pounds… and then (because I apparently like chaos) I let my kids play with it. This video covers the whole “try to finish” journey—printing a massive multi-part file, figuring out how to assemble it without it turning into a seam-crack nightmare, and then getting that iconic Bluey color palette to look right in real life. I walk through the strategies I used to reinforce the seams, how I tackled sanding/filling on a print this big, and my painting process for the different blues (because Bluey is not just “blue,” okay). And then we get into the real test: battle damage.
