In this unboxing I’m cracking into the SH STUDIO 1/60 AMX-004 Qubeley full resin kit (GM Dream / SH Hobbies), and yeah… this thing is going to be massive. The wings/binders are the big story here—these are huge, and the whole design gives me a strong Five Star Stories vibe with that layered armor and “mecha-but-elegant” look. I walk through the four-box packaging, show the major cast pieces, and call out what I’m seeing right away: crisp panel lines, clean casting, and a ton of internal detail (even places like the bottom of the feet where they absolutely didn’t have to go that hard). I also talk about where I got it (Newtype) and why I’m recommending you do a parts count immediately if you pick one up—because I’ve already heard of people getting missing parts or duplicates. The kit includes multiple resin packs, plastic runners, decals, and metal parts (including metal tips and blocks/rods), plus magnets I’ll probably replace because they feel weak. And yes, I’m already planning a small mod: the hands look derpy in that posed-finger sculpt, so I’m going to cut and re-pose the fingers into something more relaxed.
