In this video I’m taking a real-world look at the Greenote GSC50 cordless vacuum—because I needed something easy for the hobby room, and I was tired of dragging bigger vacuums around just to suck up little nubs, dust, and random shop mess. I’ve also tested Dyson stick/hand vacs (and I own two Dyson Animal units in the house thanks to cats), so I naturally compared the feel and performance. The big surprise for me: this Greenote was cheaper, the battery has been lasting longer in my use, and it’s super light—under 5 lbs—so it’s easy to run around grabbing cobwebs, hitting stairs, or getting into tight spots. I show what comes in the box and how I actually use it: simple dump lever for emptying, a battery indicator, two speeds (normal and turbo), and a bunch of attachments including a telescoping aluminum rod, mini motorized head for furniture/stairs (hello cat hair), and a full-size floor head with an LED that’s a little cheesy but does the job. Filtration is solid—mesh + HEPA—and I like the filter setup better than my Dyson.
