In today's video we review the Screenbar by BenQ, but we don't just list specs like every video out there and call it a review. We cover build quality, functionality, impressions, brightness levels, color adjustment, and cool other functions like auto brightness, and more. Even though it's awesome, at the end of this video, I don't recommend buying the Screenbar, not because it's not good because it's excellent, but because for only $30 more you get the Screenbar Pro, which has much more functionality. After this video about the base model, head to my channel to find the video about the Pro to find out why it's so good. *BENQ* https://youtu.be/kT0UO8TX_RI Screenbar https://amzn.to/4jqcH2W Screenbar Pro https://amzn.to/43Na9Hp Screenbar Halo https://amzn.to/4kjfFHQ *REVIEWS* https://youtu.be/ZbDqXgdaaCQ https://youtu.be/-MOA-dTZ6hU https://youtu.be/jvrRn6i3wE8 https://youtu.be/g_Qa0UHxPmc *QUNTIS* Basic Light Bar https://amzn.to/43hDfyz Pro Version https://amzn.to/4dy3RyC *OFFICE* https://youtu.be/EdcQW4WHYVE *CHAPTERS* 00:00 Introduction 00:58 Packaging 01:18 Instructions 01:56 Build Quality 03:08 Rotation 03:48 Brightness 04:12 Adjustability 05:10 Color Temperature 05:21 Bezel Coverage 05:33 Recommendation 06:11 Conclusion *SOCIAL* Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/ruslan.tulupov/ Twitter - https://twitter.com/RuslanTulupov Email - tulupov120101@gmail.com *YOUTUBE CHANNEL(S)* Cars, Home DIY https://youtube.com/@RuslanVideoFilms Tech DIY https://www.youtube.com/@RuslanTulupov *SEE MY OTHER VIDEOS* https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHK15PAaEKsk_IGRGDUE2Cit https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHJzDSsSBBDMmEL4kmWN3yQE https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHJ9VlisT45SoUxKk1LY-776 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHJDmg8qwih7qLhb7srMXaNA https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHLl9ULvQgRgwTrkYlli8mlR https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHJDMMwu7qpJ8huhmG_cRtp4 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHIO-dux0PQQ5BksvnncK3D2 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHIyhL3f3weKYDoo36ewTrF9 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHLq2aZUNUDRMMXpE_hSAcce https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHKHtsFyW4Jj2VKtAIQRClGl https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHKo0fna7UckRf1XzipdqMW2 https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHKH6oxC3akLgkSlf7kFkgnI https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsM6d1ncFAHIi0F687GATslpMHUkmJVGo *MUSIC* Karl Casey @ White Bat Audio https://www.youtube.com/@UC_6hQy4elsyHhCOskZo0U5g

About This Video

You’ve heard it a million times, so let’s make it a million in one: you get what you pay for. In this video I review the base BenQ ScreenBar—the simple model—not by reading a spec sheet, but by actually talking about what matters day-to-day: packaging, setup, build quality, how it mounts, how it rotates, how bright it gets, and how usable the touch controls are for brightness, color temperature, and auto brightness. The big takeaway is that the ScreenBar is excellent. The build quality is eons ahead of the cheap light bars I’ve tried (like the Quntis I returned), with a nice metal tube design, a solid mount, and rotation that doesn’t fight you or damage itself. Brightness is strong enough to light my main work area, and it works fine on modern narrow-bezel monitors like my Dell U3225QE without covering the visible screen. My main complaint is the “press and hold, release when it feels right” adjustment method—there’s no clear level indicator, and it’s a bit fiddly. And here’s why I don’t recommend buying this specific model: for about $30 more, the ScreenBar Pro gives you a lot more functionality (clear level indicators, better counterweight, proximity sensor, and a brighter light). If budget is tight, the base ScreenBar is still a solid, high-quality pick.
