Will PSVR 2 be the Best VR setup for 2022?

Will the PSVR 2 be the best VR ecosystem of 2022? I think that lots of recent news and leaks indicate that buying the next gen of PlayStation VR could be a safe bet for a great VR experience, possibly the best on the market, with all the points considered. Its has many points that would place it above the Oculus (Meta) Quest 2 and even many that would be competitive against good PCVR setups.
