How Powerful Does Your PC Need To Be for VR?

Having recently upgraded my graphics card, I'm asking how powerful does your PC need to be for VR? Do you need an expensive GPU? or a top of the line CPU? Will any gaming computer do the job? Virtual Reality can be tasking on a computer but there are misconceptions. Will a 3090 outperform A 3080 or 3070 for VR and how do they compare to older cards. We also look at CPU, Ram and the general build.
