I was called out to this residence to fix an issue with intermittent video performance on the customer's projector. It turns out that a different company had previously run an inferior cable incorrectly through the wall. We ran a new Certified 4K@60, 4:4:4, 2160P, full 18Gbps, in-wall rated HDMI cable properly through the wall.
