This super beginner friendly plug and play wiring power station wiring design is the easiest way to create your own power system that I have seen. No wiring knowledge or special tools required. I hope this helps anyone that is building their own custom power station setup or solar charging station and save the hours I spent finding cords that would fit together. I show 3 different versions in the video, but they all build on each other. All wiring except the 12V plug are 10AWG wire to have room for more amps than this system uses for safety. You will also notice that some of the cords in the links have different lengths if you want to change that up. I used a sealed box since that is fine for the lithium battery type I had, but if you are using another type of battery check safety requirements of the specific battery you are using. If you need wire size information I use the BlueSea wire size calculator for all my needs. Make sure you buy 105 deg C insulation to fit with their charts (I picked 105 C for all these wires). If you have any questions please let me know.
