Stone Gap Trail Guide, Virginia *With Camping Locations*

I had a blast on Stone Gap in the George Washington National Forest portion of Virginia. Stone Gap is an outstanding trail, but if you are a beginner I would recommend bringing an experienced person with you. I actually like Meadow Knob better than Flagpole Knob for camping since it is much less traveled and a bit more protected from the wind. If you have a capable vehicle I would highly recommend this diverse and scenic trail.
