Yes USB-C PD 100W can power the Starlink Mini over 55 feet away! Testing with two different brands using 12V Car Adapters, 6 ft USB-C to 5521 connection bridged into the ~49 ft starlink mini cord. This totaled over 55 feet of power cord. Both tests passed with flying colors. I like to camp in the shade and getting the Starlink Mini away from trees gets better reception.
