Hey babes—hey girl hey. In this video I’m giving y’all a real 2024 recap, and yes… it looks different because I had to re-film from my car after I recorded the whole thing at home with NO mic audio. Rookie mistake, but I love y’all enough to still get it done. I break my year down into three lanes: personal growth, career growth, and the fun moments that made 2024 such a great ride. On the personal side, getting monetized on YouTube was huge for me, and I’m also being honest that my goals looked a little different than where I ended up—but I’m not quitting. The biggest lesson I learned is to stop getting in my own way: you can be scared and still do it. That’s exactly how I felt moving from a salon into my own suite, and whole time it became my best year in business. Career-wise, I invested in my content—learning my camera, angles, and editing—plus I did a few brand deals and I’m coming into 2025 more prepared and ready. And y’all already know traveling is that girl. I hit Orlando, DC (first Amtrak ride!), Chicago to see family after 10+ years, a road trip to a cozy Virginia reset, and Austin/Wimberley, Texas—where my boyfriend proposed, so yes… I’m a fiancée now. 2025 is bigger and better, and we’re showing up for ourselves all year.
