As a licensed cosmetologist, I’m used to bundles and human hair, so me willingly buying synthetic hair was kinda crazy for me. But I had a free weekend and I was like, what am I really losing for $12.99? So I show you what it’s giving straight out the pack, how it looks installed, and my honest thoughts on the texture and overall vibe. My real take: this hair is cool for a short period of time. Fresh, it was cute, easy, and very “get up and go,” and I actually ended up wearing it to work for about a week. But after a few days it started getting stiff, and I found myself having to brush it over and over, which is annoying. If you need a quick beauty supply style for a weekend or a beginner-friendly quick install, you can definitely do this—but I’m not recommending it past a week, no matter what the TikTok girls are saying about reviving it.
