Hey pearls—this video is me revisiting my go-to cream styler: C.R.E.A.M. by The DOUX. You know when you find that one styling product and you just fall in love? That’s exactly where I am with this one, and if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I’m showing you how I use it on freshly shampooed and deep conditioned hair (today I had just used Fenty Hair and yes… I have thoughts), then I go straight into styling with C.R.E.A.M. as my one-and-done. What makes it a staple for my fine natural hair is that it has so many oils and conditioning ingredients built in—coconut oil, rose oil, vitamin E, avocado oil, and monoi oil—so I don’t need to layer a leave-in, then a styler, then gel. I’m focusing on flat twists because they give me the best definition and symmetry, and they’re also a big part of how I retain length: minimal manipulation, once-a-week styling, pineapple at night, and let it fall into place in the morning. The end result is soft, touchable hold with body and definition—exactly what I want for a corporate-friendly twist out that lasts for days.
