I have fine, chemical-free hair. Chemical free means no relaxer...no color...no nothing. :) I mainly wear my fine, natural hair in TWIST OUT styles. For me, twist outs are a protective style that have allowed me to retain length while enjoying wearing my hair 'out.' I also love for my fine natural hair to have lots of bounce, curls and volume! 🔎Hashtags: #naturalhair #healthyhair #over50 #naturallycorporate ***Thank you for watching this video, click the "SUBSCRIBE" button to stay connected with this channel. About This Video

Hello pearls—this video is my honest review of Miss Jessie’s Curly Meringue on my fine natural hair. I’m in a “one and done” season where I’m styling with cream stylers only (no leave-in, no gel), so I put Curly Meringue to the test in a flat twist out and then lived in the results for several days. I talk texture, slip, scent (it gives lemon meringue), and how it feels on the hair—thicker, but still lightweight, and it coated my strands without feeling greasy or tacky. On day one, I was impressed: my hair soaked it up, my twists looked shiny, and it clumped my curls—especially in the sections that already like to behave. But as the days went on, the claims started to fall short for me. By day three my hair was noticeably fluffier with frizz creeping in, and by day four the frizz was very much in effect and the definition was waning. For my routine, it gave me about three decent days, and while I wanted to love it, it fell just short of being a really good styler on its own.
