Hello guys! Green is not my favorite color anymore. So 4 out of 6 watches from this group will be sold.

About This Video

In this SOTC 2025 episode, I’m going through my green dial watches—finally. Compared to my black dial situation (close to 40… yeah, a bit excessive) and even my blue dials, my green dials are significantly less. And there’s a reason for that: green looks great in pictures, but for me, once the honeymoon period ends, I just don’t reach for them. So this video is basically me showing you what I’ve got, what I’m keeping, and what’s getting trimmed from the collection. I start with the San Martin SN000021 (PT5000) which is a simple matte green dial homage vibe, but I also share my one-year problem: I swapped to a Seiko 5 Sports canvas strap and now the shoulderless spring bar is stuck, so I can’t even put it back on bracelet to sell. Then there’s the Ironwatch RX-00C—cool MV-style hands and an excellent bracelet, but I got bored of the green. Same story with the Militado M097 (NH36) and the Addiesdive AD208x Sub-style with green chapter ring: nice watches, just not for me. In the end, I’m only keeping two “green-ish” teal Seikos: the Prospex SRPH77 with that penguin texture dial, and my Monster (4th gen, model number slips my mind). Enough green for me—now I know I don’t really like green sunburst or flat green dials on my wrist, and that’s part of the collector journey.
