For around USD150, I honestly feel this is a really, really good buy if you like the Sinn U50 style. It’s an homage, but with a twist that I actually appreciate: the date is moved to 6 o’clock, so the dial looks more symmetrical, and for me that’s the whole point of an homage—don’t copy 100%, improve where you can. I go through the specs and how it wears on my 17cm wrist: 38.6mm diameter, 11.6mm thickness, 45.4mm lug-to-lug, 20mm lug width. You’re getting a bead-blasted 316L case, flat sapphire crystal, PT5000 movement, and BGW9 lume that’s surprisingly strong for the money (and yes, stronger than what you’d expect from the original brand). I also talk about my gripes: the arrow logo at 12, the date font looking out of place, the red seconds hand not matching the bezel’s orange tone, plus the 120-click bezel has some backplay. To wrap it up, I compare the lume with a few “Sinn-style” alternatives and show the ML20 on different straps (elastic, FKM rubber, and an Alcantara-style strap). Overall, for the price, it’s a no-brainer—just know what you’re getting and what you’re forgiving at this budget.
