Then I move into the value monsters like the AddiesDive AD2089 for under 40 bucks, and the Militado ML05 that keeps evolving with different dial options while still staying ridiculously cheap for what you get (blasted finishing, sapphire, and crazy value). I also highlight the WatchDives 62MAS-style piece with female endlinks (yes, finally) and a fun blue/yellow combo that somehow works. From there, it’s more “best of 2025” energy: the slim quartz Militado ML16 (with one small lume color mismatch nitpick), an affordable NH34 GMT option (Proxima), the Milifortic M096 “Sinn 556 vibe” with lume that embarrasses the original, plus two Thorns (including my rant about the “Frogmantle” name). I end it properly with a lume shot—because if I keep a watch, the lume better perform.
