Spend a perfect layover in Pittsburgh with me! As a flight attendant, I love exploring new cities between flights, and this Pittsburgh layover surprised me in the best way. I grabbed a cortado at Gasoline Street Coffee, rode the historic Duquesne Incline for the best skyline views, explored the Andy Warhol Museum, and walked across the iconic Roberto Clemente Bridge. I seriously fell in love with this city and already want to go back. Please leave more suggestions for Pittsburgh in the comments! About This Video

Good morning from Pittsburgh—aka my first time in this city, and I genuinely can’t believe I overlooked it for this long. On this layover I had one mission: romanticize the day even with limited time, cold wind, and the classic “I brought the wrong jacket” situation. I stayed in a huge room with multiple windows (all I care about is good views and lots of windows), then headed out for a cortado at Gasoline Coffee Company because it was on the way and the vibe was so cute—great music, really kind people, and truly good coffee. From there I did the Duquesne Incline (cash only, exact change—learn from me), and the views up top were unreal. I was counting bridges like a maniac—my naked eye got to 15—and it made me wish this was a 30-hour layover instead of a quick one. I also made it to the Andy Warhol Museum, which was incredible and way deeper than the “cute pop art” version of Warhol most of us know. I wrapped things up walking the Roberto Clemente Bridge and past the Pirates field, and I left already planning my return: a game day, the Heinz museum situation, quirky museums, the bird zoo, and yes… a Primanti Brothers sandwich (but I need to split that with someone).
