In this vlog I’m doing a proper spring homeware shop with me around London, popping into some of my favourite places to see what’s new in for the season and to start pulling together bits for a loft bedroom refresh. I take you around Søstrene Grene (very pastel, very Easter), Flying Tiger (super bright and cheerful at the moment, plus they had a “everything’s a fiver” vibe going on), Primark Home (lots of Bridgerton-inspired pieces and some great-value finds), and then I head into H&M Home, IKEA and M&S to look at bedding and those little finishing touches. At the end I’m back home with a haul of what I actually bought, and I talk you through my thinking as I go—mixing and matching price points, choosing pieces that feel calming for a bedroom, and trying not to buy things that are “too trend” if I know I’ll go off them quickly. I share a few of my thrifty home staples too, like why I love a crevice brush (honestly, life-changing for grout and fridge seals), and my biggest cushion tip: if you’re on a budget, spend your money on the insert, not the cover. The goal is simple, classic, and cosy—without spending a fortune.
