I’m not going to lie, I cut it very fine with this one — if you’re watching on Sunday morning, I filmed this vlog on the Saturday. It’s been a really busy week (three nights out is a lot for me), so I wanted a chilled, cosy catch-up with a few festive errands. I chat about going to Growled Panto at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern (so funny, and yes, it’s an adult panto), plus the gala performance of Paranormal Activity at the Ambassadors Theatre — genuinely spine-chilling with full-on gasps from the audience. If you like being spooked, I highly recommend it. I also head out for some thrifty Christmas bits, specifically charity shop wrapping paper — because you can get the good quality, thicker stuff for a proper bargain. I found two rolls for £1 (I was chuffed), and I share a few other bits I picked up, including a festive little read: The Christmas Guest. Back at home, I get dinner on in the slow cooker with a minimal-faff, healthy ‘greens and chickpeas’ situation (because I needed less beige on my plate), do some Cameos for charity, and round things off with Christmas film recommendations — the cheesier the better.
