This week’s vlog is a proper cosy London mooch, with a little bit of everything: book signing, charity shops, cafés, and a good old homeware browse. I head up to West Hampstead to sign more copies of my book, Clean in 15 (still feels mad saying that), and I clocked five charity shops all in a row—so of course we had to have a rummage. I fuel up first at Lola’s Bakery with a chicken Caesar salad and a flat white (banging, although I would’ve loved anchovies), then spend a couple of hours signing stacks of books at West End Lane Books. Seeing it in the window, slap bang in the middle, was such a moment. Over the next couple of days I’m back into central to meet Luke for lunch at Brasserie Zédel (very cool, very “how is this under Piccadilly Circus?” vibes), then we hit the shops—Anthropologie sale, H&M Home, a quick Selfridges browse, and a little window shopping down Bond Street. I also pop into the Dr. Martens repair spot in Soho to see what the options are for my cracked Chelsea boots, and finish the week with meetings at Dalloway Terrace and Nessa. To round it all off, I share my charity shop haul: near-new Adidas trainers, candle holders, and some really lovely second-hand clothing finds—because making a home (and a wardrobe) you love on a budget is always the goal.
