In this video I’m talking about a critical Galaxy Buds 3 Pro update Samsung finally pushed out, and it’s one I’ve been waiting on because of charging and battery weirdness. My main issue has been the contact points not always connecting inside the case—especially on my left bud. I’ll pop them in, think they’re charging, and then they’ll disconnect unless I press down and “find the sweet spot.” That can lead to inconsistent battery levels between the left and right bud, and it’s just annoying. I show you the quick fix that’s helped me the most: clean the bottom contacts on the buds and blow inside the case. After doing that, mine connect and charge way more consistently. On the software side, Samsung’s update notes specifically mention “battery charging stability has been improved,” and the update is a pretty sizable 8.27MB for earbuds, so I’m hoping it’s doing more under the hood than the usual tiny patches. After a couple days on the update, I’ve noticed the low-battery chirps aren’t as frequent or as loud, and my battery life felt closer to about 5 hours in real use (depending on ANC/ambient settings). Overall, my Buds 3 Pro have been through the ringer and they’re still solid, so this update is a good sign.
