Would you like to be in a main hallway or a quiet corner? If you plan to share a locker with a friend, consider how much room you and your friend may need for her/his things Your locker is a place where you and others stop to hang out and talk Your locker is public, and when people see it they will also see your personality & how tidy you are! Organization Build vertically Locker shelves (fold out legs, or adjustable) Locker crates (stackable) *Place heavier items such as large textbooks at the bottom, and folders/notebooks at the top Decorate your locker door Decorative magnets to hang pictures/magazine cut outs/quotes Removable decals to show your interests Magnetic containers/organizers to hold pens/pencils, lipgloss, etc. Mirror for touch ups Dry-erase board for leaving notes and reminders On the side of the locker Put up hooks (suction cup or Command removable hooks) Hang jackets, a small gym bag, jewelry, purse, etc. Bottom Lay a small hand towel or a fashionable locker rug Good way to hide dirty locker bottoms and add a homey touch Keeping it Clean Don't leave food or used gym clothes in there! Dust and wipe down after each week Clear our clutter, trash, loose/old papers each week Cover your textbooks!
