About This Video

In today’s video I’m sharing an updated home office tour and the full setup behind our double-desk workspace. Since moving here, I really wanted to work with the space we have (this wall is right off the kitchen), but make it way more functional for real life. I started with my basic desk and floating shelf, then added a budget-friendly extension table that gives us so much more room to actually get things done. That new work table is truly multi-use for me: it’s a craft station for my Cricut and supplies, a photo-taking station for listing items online, and a place where we can pack and ship orders. I found the tabletop and legs for only $10 on Facebook Marketplace (I’m always checking there), and I used a neutral cane-webbing contact paper to cover blemishes and make it feel cohesive. I also show how I maximize vertical wall space with a hanging organizer, clip-on storage bins, and a dry erase board for my to-do list. Then I refresh my computer desk with a white-and-bamboo monitor riser, a new white monitor for dual screens, and simple styling that’s both functional and calming. My biggest takeaway: start with what you already have, research the storage you actually need, and then add your personal taste—because when your space works for you, you’ll actually want to sit down and create.
