Hi everyone! If you've been curious about meal prepping, I share my first time experience trying it out myself! I prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner for two. The benefits to meal prepping is it saves you TIME and MONEY (no take-out food) during the week and takes the guess work out of what to make for meals.
