If you’re using a regular-sized Omnia, simply halve the recipe. Tools: Omnia Maxi Pan Omnia Maxi Silicone Mold Ingredients: 2.5 lbs, 40oz (1.1kg) ground turkey 1/2 cup (75g) diced red bell pepper 1/2 cup (60g) shredded carrots 8 oz. (225g) chopped water chestnuts (drained well) 1/2 cup (50g) sliced green onion 1/2 cup (30g) panko breadcrumbs 3 tbsp (12g) fresh chopped cilantro 2 tbsp (20g) fresh chopped garlic 2 eggs 0.2 fl oz (6 ml) soy sauce ½ cup (90g) Jasmine rice 1 tbsp (15ml) Fish sauce Black pepper to taste Glaze • 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chili sauce Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, red bell pepper, carrots, water chestnuts, green onion, panko breadcrumbs, cilantro, garlic, eggs, soy sauce, jasmine rice, fish sauce, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Transfer the mixture into a greased Omnia silicone liner, spreading it evenly. Brush the top with sweet chili sauce to create a flavorful glaze. Bake at 200F-225F (93C-107C) for approximately 60-70 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and set.
