(I used shells) 1 medium onion, chopped 2 tbsp (30ml) butter or oil 1 ½ lb (680g) Ground beef 1 cup (240ml) Beef stock 1 package Lipton Recipe Secrets Soup and Dip Mix, Onion Flavor (package contains two 2 oz 2 Count) 1 cup (240ml) crushed tomato sauce ¾ cup (115g) frozen peas ¾ cup (115g) frozen corn 1 ½ cup (170g) mozzarella, shredded ½ cup (55g) mozzarella for topping 1 tbsp (15ml) Italian seasoning 1 tbsp (15ml) Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a large frying pan over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions in the butter or oil until soft and golden brown. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside. Using the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease, then season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir in the beef stock and onion soup mix until well combined. Add the crushed tomato sauce, then return the sautéed onions to the pan and stir well. Add the peas and corn, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in the cooked pasta until evenly coated. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until combined. Spoon the mixture into a greased Omnia silicone pan and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Bake at 120–135°C (250–275°F) for 35–40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and gooey.
