Get Edye's Cookbook on Amazon here - https://amzn.to/3H7Fton E-book Version - https://littlehouseofbeans.com/e-book/ols/products/outdoor-cooking-with-edye-featuring-the-omnia-oven-e-book-version Tools used: Standard-sized Omnia Oven 2L Standard-size silicone pan Ingredients: 1/2 pound (225g) cavatappi pasta, cooked 8oz (225g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded 8oz (225g) Cheddar cheese, shredded 8oz (225g) Colby Jack cheese, shredded 6oz (170g) Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Salt & Pepper to taste 3 (3g) tablespoons butter 3 (3g) tablespoons of flour 12-ounce can (355ml) evaporated milk 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream 1 tablespoon (15g) Dijon mustard ½ (60g) Italian bread crumbs Instructions: Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create the spice blend; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add half of the spice blend and stir to incorporate. Sprinkle in the flour and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Gradually add the evaporated milk, stirring to combine, then pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Stir in the Dijon mustard and the remaining half of the spice blend into the sauce. Shred all the cheeses into a large bowl and stir together. Add half of the cheese mixture to the saucepan and stir until melted. Fold in the cooked pasta, mixing until the noodles are fully coated in the cheesy sauce. Grease the Omnia baking dish. Spread half of the pasta mixture into the dish, then top with a quarter of the remaining cheese mixture. Layer the rest of the pasta on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Finish by evenly sprinkling the Italian bread crumbs over the top. Bake at 225–250°F (110–120°C) for 35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
