Get Edye's Cookbook on Amazon here - https://amzn.to/3H7Fton E-book Version - https://littlehouseofbeans.com/e-book/ols/products/outdoor-cooking-with-edye-featuring-the-omnia-oven-e-book-version Tools used: Standard-sized Omnia Oven 2L Standard-size silicone pan Ingredients: 8oz (226g) Barilla Manicotti Pasta (I used 8 manicotti pasta) 19 oz, 5 Count, (540g) Premio Hot Italian Pork Sausage Links 19 oz (or you may use 1lb, 454g of ground sausage with any spices) 6 String cheese (cut in half the long way) 10oz (285g) Alfredo sauce 10oz (285g) Marinara sauce ½ cup (55g) Mozzarella cheese, shredded ¼ cup (25g) Parmesan cheese 1 tsp (1g) Italian seasoning 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder 1 tsp (3g) onion powder ¼ (60ml) Water ¼ cup (15g) Parsley, chopped Instructions: Take a sausage link, cut it lengthwise, and remove the casing. Stuff half of the sausage into a manicotti shell. Repeat with the remaining sausage and shells until you have a total of 8 stuffed manicotti. Place 4 manicotti in a silicone-lined Omnia oven. Cut the string cheese in half lengthwise and arrange pieces on top of the manicotti, stacking slightly as if playing a gentle game of Jenga. Repeat with the remaining 4 manicotti. In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and water. Pour the sauce mixture gently over all the manicotti, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 200F for approximately 75 minutes, until the cheese is melted, the sauce is bubbly, and the manicotti are heated through. Sprinkle with a dash of parsley and serve!
