Ingredients: 1 package (17.3oz, 490g) Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry (2 sheets) 6oz (170g) Smoked Salmon 8oz (225g) Cream Cheese, whipped (easier for spreading) 0.50oz (14g) Dill, chopped 3 Green onions or scallions, chopped 1 tbsp (8-10g) Garlic, chopped 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp (8g) all purpose flour Sprinkle of Sesame seeds Instructions: On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets. Invert the Omnia baking dish onto the pastry and gently press to mark the outline; cut out two matching rounds. Lightly grease the Omnia silicone baking dish and place one pastry round inside. Prick the dough several times with a fork. Evenly spread the cream cheese over the pastry, then layer with the smoked salmon, dill, garlic, and green onions. Top with the second pastry round. Prick the top with additional fork holes to allow steam to escape. Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200–225°F (95–110°C) for 45 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
