Even though we overfilled the Omnia, nothing got burnt and it was delicious. Spice to taste. Tools used: Omnia oven 2L Silicone Liner Ingredients: 1 package (16.3oz or 462g) Pillsbury Southern Homestyle Grand Biscuits 1 can Country Sausage Gravy, or any of your choice 4-5 Sausage patties or links, chopped ½ cup (60g) shredded mozzarella ½ cup (60g) shredded cheddar, mild or sharp ¼ cup (25g) chopped green onions or scallions 4 eggs ¼ (60ml) heavy cream, milk or half and half 1 tbsp (15g) garlic powder 1 tbsp (15g) cayenne pepper Salt & Pepper to taste Instructions: Lightly spray a silicone liner with cooking spray. Place 8 biscuits at the bottom of the pan, pressing them down evenly to form a pie-like crust. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the biscuit crust. Evenly distribute the sausage gravy on top of the cheese layer. Sprinkle chopped sausages over the gravy. Season the top with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until well combined, then pour the mixture over the layered ingredients. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Bake at 225F for approximately 55 min-1 hour. Allow to cool and enjoy!
