With the news that so many Red Lobster restaurants are closing, we thought we'd make a breakfast or brunch tribute dish to the biscuit. Note: This is a breakfast bake, not an actual biscuit recipe. Tools used: Omnia oven Maxi Pan Maxi Pan silicone liner Ingredients: 2 Boxes (11.36oz, 322g) Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix 2 cups (480 ml) milk or half and half 1 cup (240 ml) water 1 package Jimmy Dean fully cooked sausages, links or patties 1 red pepper 2 teaspoons (5g) Old Bay Seasoning 16 oz (450g) shredded cheddar, pepper jack,o r cheese of choice 1 stick or ½ cup (115g) of butter, unsalted. Instructions: Chop sausages and pepper, place in a mixing bowl. Add seasoning, milk, water, cheeses and biscuit mixes, mix well. Grease the baking dish and add mixture to the dish. Bake at 200F for approximately 60-80 mins. Melt butter and stir in packets of the garlic herb blend provided in box mix. Spread or pour on top of the biscuit bake!
