RASPBERRY GIRL SCOUT COOKIE CAKE | OUTDOOR COOKING | OMNIA OVEN

These new girl scout cookies have been a long time coming.....The Raspberry Rally cookies! We decided to try using the cookies inside a pudding cake, and make a raspberry cookie crumble crust. It came out great in our Omnia Oven, and as always, you can use the same recipe and make in any oven. Recipe: 1 box white cake mix 1 small pkg. raspberry Jello 3 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 box raspberry girl scout cookies 1/2 cup melted butter Directions: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, Jello, and flour. Whisk in the water, vegetable oil, and 4 eggs (one at a time). Add some crumbled cookies and fold together with a rubber spatula until incorporated. Crumble remaining cookies and add 1/2 melted butter to make the crust. Press mixture into the bottom of the silicone pan. Spray Omnia silicon pan liberally with baking spray. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake at 250F for approximately 40 minutes until lightly golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool for at least 30-40 minutes before inverting onto a cake stand or serving dish. Optional fancy dress it up......make an icing! For the icing, place the softened butter into a large mixing bowl then incorporate the powdered sugar. Pour onto cake. Sprinkle in the remaining cookies. Once the cake has cooled, pour and spread the glaze all over the top. ENJOY!
