Get Edye's Cookbook on Amazon here - https://amzn.to/3H7Fton E-book Version - https://littlehouseofbeans.com/e-book/ols/products/outdoor-cooking-with-edye-featuring-the-omnia-oven-e-book-version Tools Used: Regular Omnia oven Silicone Insert Ingredients: 1 cup (227 g) pumpkin puree 1 stick (255g) unsalted butter 1 1/4 cup (300ml) heavy cream 3 1/2 cup (420 g) all purpose flour 2 tsp (4g) Cocoa powder 5 tsp (20g) baking powder 1 tbsp (15ml) pure maple & honey syrup (or use 1.5 tsp (7.5ml) of maple & 1.5 tsp (7.5ml) honey) 1 tbsp (8g) pumpkin spice 2 tbsp (15g) finely chopped pecans 1/3 cup (66 g) granulated sugar 2 tsp(10g) kosher salt Instructions: Place the cut-up butter evenly around the Omnia baking dish and melt. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, heavy cream, and pecans; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough to the Omnia baking dish, spreading it evenly over the melted butter. Bake at 200°F-225F (93°-107C) for about 45-50 minutes, or until golden and set. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
