Tools Used: Omnia oven 2L Silicone liner grater Ingredients: 2 medium zucchini, grated 2 medium rustic potatoes, grated 1 medium carrot, grated 4 eggs 1 teaspoon (5g) of salt 1/2 teaspoon (1.25g) of black pepper 1 teaspoon (3g) of garlic powder 1/4 cup (60ml) of vegetable oil or olive oil 5oz (142g) of cottage cheese 1/2 cup (75g) of feta cheese, shredded 1 cup (120g) of shredded mozzarella 1 cup (120g) of all purpose flour 1 teaspoon (4g) of baking powder Handful of chopped dill Dash of Bread Crumbs Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds Instructions: Using a grater, shred the potatoes, zucchini, and carrot into a large mixing bowl. Add all the above ingredients to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined. Lightly spray a baking pan with avocado or olive oil, then evenly sprinkle breadcrumbs across the bottom of the pan. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until golden and set. Serve hot and enjoy!
