LEMON BLUEBERRY SWIRL CAKE - OUTDOOR OMNIA OVEN CAMP COOKING

Who says box cake needs to be boring. We practically ignored everything on the box instructions, eyeballs lots of stuff, added our own few ingredients to come up with a fantastic Lemon Blueberry cake. Ingredients: 1 box Krusteaz Lemon Pound Cake Mix 1 egg 3/4 cup milk or half and half 3/4 cup melted or very soft butter-salted 3/4 of the lemon glaze packet found in cake mix box 10oz blueberry pie filling 1/2 cup cream cheese whipped 1 container 14oz Cream Cheese frosting 1 tsp vanilla-optional 1/2 cup sliced almonds-optional Directions: Spray Omnia silicone liner with butter, set aside In a medium bowl, mix together lemon pound cake package, egg, milk, butter, lemon glaze and cream cheese. Lastly, using a large rubber spatula, gently fold/swirl in the blueberries. Transfer batter to prepared Omnia silicone mold. Bake at 250-275F for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit until cool, at least 30 minutes and then remove from pan. Gently frost the cream cheese on top if the cooled cake and ENJOY!!
