IS THIS THE BEST BROWNIE RECIPE EVER? | OUTDOOR COOKING | OMNIA OVEN CAMP COOKING

This could be possibly the best brownie we've ever eaten. We're all for easy box recipes, but a little extra work using sweet potato, peanut butter and maple syrup, and you have yourself award winning brownies! Cook in any oven, indoors or outdoors. We used the Omnia Oven, making camping desserts simple and easy. Wet Ingredients: 1 cup sweet potato cooked 2 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup pur maple syrup 1 + ½ tablespoon coconut oil melted ¼ cup peanut butter 1 egg *To make this dairy free - For flax Egg use 1 tbsp ground flax and 2.5 tbsp warm water. Dry Ingredients: ⅓ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ⅔ cup oat flour 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional: ½ cup walnuts chopped ½ cup mini marshmallows Directions: Grease Omnia silicone liner. Whisk together sweet potato, egg, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Add Oat flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Bake at 275 degrees for approximately 45 mins. Let cool 10 or 15 minutes. Prepare to be blown away.....then eat !
