Mix until smooth using a hand blender or whisk. Pour half of the batter into a greased Omnia silicone baking insert. Arrange the sliced banana and chocolate chunks over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with pecans, if using. Bake at 225–250°F for 40–50 minutes, or until the cake is set and lightly golden. Allow to cool before serving. Dust with powdered sugar for extra pizzazz, if desired.
