PLEASE REPORT SCAM ACCOUNTS Tools used: Omnia oven 2L Silicone liner Hand mixer Sifter Ingredients: 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil 2 large eggs 1 tablespoon (12g) granulated sugar 1-3/4 cup (220g) all-purpose flour 1-1/4 teaspoon (6g) baking powder 3/4 teaspoon (4.5g) kosher salt 1 cup (240g) diced pickles 1 cup (120g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 tablespoons (15g) chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon (9g) garlic powder Sprinkle of sesame seeds Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add the sugar and whisk until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt, and pickle juice to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Gently fold in the diced pickles, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and fresh dill. Pour the batter into a greased Omnia oven(or greased liner), smoothing the top for an even surface. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Bake in a greased pan at 200F for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the loaf cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Once the loaf has cooled, slice it. Serve with softened butter for a savory treat. Enjoy!
