When we filmed the video, we used a regular size (2L) and put the extra in a second omnia 2L and muffin mold. Adjust accordingly! Tools used: Omnia oven 2L Silicone liner Omnia oven muffin mold Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 cup (240ml) milk or half and half 1 cup (150g) chicken, diced or any meat of choice 1 1/2 (75g) cup tortilla chips, roughly broken in pieces 1 cup (100g) Mexican cheese blend, grated or any cheese of choice 1 cup (240ml) chunky salsa 1 4.5 oz. (127g) green chilies, chopped ½ cup (65g) bisquick 2 tbsp (15g) red chili powder Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well blended. Add the half-and-half and mix to combine. Stir in the diced chicken, crushed tortilla chips, cheese, salsa, green chilies, and Bisquick until evenly incorporated. Pour the mixture into a greased Omnia oven and bake for 55–65 minutes, or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the quiche rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with sour cream and extra salsa, if desired.
