CHICKEN CORDON BLEU LASAGNA: OMNIA OVEN OUTDOOR COOKING

Tools used: Grater (or use pre-shredded cheese) Omnia maxi 3L non-stick pan (optionally, use maxi pan with silicone liner) Ingredients: 1lb (454g) package lasagna noodles 2 ½ cups (355g) cooked chicken, chopped 8 ounces (225g) deli ham, chopped 1 (8 ounce, 225g) package cream cheese, softened 2 cups (200g) shredded Swiss cheese, divided 1 ¾ cups (415ml) milk, warmed (I used half and half) ¼ (57g) cup butter (In the video, I used ½ cup butter however, ¼ cup is adequate) ½ (3g) teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon (2.5g) onion powder 1 teaspoon (2g) ground black pepper 1 teaspoon (2g) paprika ¼ tsp (0.5g) red pepper flakes ½ cup (60g) bread crumbs 1 pinch Italian seasoning, or to taste Instructions: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente ("firm to the bite"). Drain and set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese and cook, stirring frequently, until it begins to soften and blend, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Slowly whisk the warm milk into the cream cheese mixture until smooth. Stir in 1½ cups of the shredded Swiss cheese. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly, until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce has thickened, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Lightly grease an Omnia maxi baking dish. Spread about ⅓ cup of the cheese sauce over the bottom. Layer ⅓ of the lasagna noodles on top-followed by ⅓ of the chopped chicken and ⅓ of the ham. Drizzle with another ⅓ cup of cheese sauce. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a final drizzle of sauce. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top. Bake at 225°F (about 95°C) for 60 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is bubbling.
