Tools used: Omnia oven 2L Silicone liner we used a baking grate under the silicone liner, but it is not needed. Ingredients: 1 Pillsbury pizza dough 1 1/2 cups (180 grams) of cooked chicken (white meat, cutlets or any leftover chicken works!) 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) Alfredo sauce ¼ cup (30 grams) Bacon, chopped 1 cup (120 grams) of Italian cheese (or any choice of cheese) ¼ cup (30 grams) of grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup (30 grams) Green onions Italian Seasoning to taste Sesame Seeds to taste 1 Egg, beaten with a splash of water Instructions: Unroll pizza dough, spread out slightly (I spread dough out more horizontally as to fit into the Omnia Oven so it made a nice pizza ring). Spoon alfredo sauce onto dough. Note: For more ‘alfredo flavor’, feel free to coat and toss the chicken with alfredo sauce!* Add chicken, bacon, green onions, grated and shredded cheeses on top of sauce. Sprinkle Italian seasoning. Roll dough lengthwise into a log. Place into the pan to form a ring wreath like roll. Brush egg wash on top of dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200-250F for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
