Tools used: Regular Omnia oven Omnia silicone pan Whisk Hand mixer Ingredients: 2 cans (each can is 14 oz or 396g) of Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 ½ cup (150g) Coconut Flakes 4 eggs 3 tbsp (42g) butter, softened 2 tsp (10ml) almond extract 10 (75g) Biscoff cookie biscuits, crushed Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and softened butter until smooth. Stir in the almond extract and condensed milk, whisking until well combined. Gently fold in the coconut flakes, then crumble the Biscoff biscuits into the mixture. Mix until evenly incorporated. Pour the batter into a greased or sprayed omnia oven, spreading it evenly. Bake at 200F for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream or refrigerate and enjoy it cold!
