WE HAVE A WINNER Tools Used: Omnia Maxi pan (3L) Silicone liner Note: If using a regular sized Omnia oven, halve the recipe and only make one layer of biscuits in the Omnia oven. Ingredients: 2 Cans buttermilk biscuits (I used the Grands biscuits) each can is 462g 2 cups (300g) chicken nuggets, finely chopped 1/2 cup (120ml) Buffalo wing sauce 1/2 cup (120ml) Ranch dressing 1/2 cup (115g) butter, melted 1 cup (100g) shredded colby jack cheese (or cheese of your choice) 2 tbsp (16g) garlic powder 1 tbsp (7g) paprika ½ tbsp (3.5g)cayenne pepper Splash of Hot Sauce Instructions: Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Buffalo wing sauce and 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing into the bottom of a greased bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine the remaining Buffalo wing sauce with half of the melted butter. Stir in the chopped chicken, shredded cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well mixed. Flatten each biscuit piece slightly with your fingers. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture into the center of each piece. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely. Place half of the filled biscuit pieces in a single layer in the Omnia oven. Drizzle with a portion of the remaining melted butter. Repeat with the remaining filled biscuits, creating a second layer. Finish by drizzling the rest of the butter on top. Bake at 200F / 93C for approximately 60 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes. Carefully invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm with Ranch dressing on the side—and enjoy every cheesy, spicy bite!
